We negotiated the feasiblity of exporting thyristors (disc type) to USA market with American clients. We have started the exporting business of high power control relay with quantity production to America market and other regions.
We firstly exported the thyristors made with molybdenum disc to America market. We could execute the continous processing of orders for the business of thyristors (disc type) & ceramic metal housings for disc type. Established in 1997, Tianjin Century Electronics Co., Ltd (TCEC) with the early mover advantages of speicalized exporting in Chinese Electronics Industry, was registered as an independent legal entity. TCEC has started its own exporting business since 1997, and the early product catalogue was on the basis of the mentioned above products. We could execute the continous processing of orders for the business of high power thyristors made with molybdenum disc with Rhodium plated. We could execute the continous processing of orders for the business of insulating ceramic pipes of high alumina (99.9%). We could execute the continous processing of orders for the business of power modules & solid state relay series, and also GTO products. TCEC has started the exporting business of silicon wafers/ingot (FZ/CZ/NTD), intelligent modules & IC with quantity production. We decided to develope the exporting business of complete set of equipment that was considered as a primary responsibility. It includes: test devices of power semiconductor device, diesel generating set, welding generator, electric furnace & wind energy and solar energy systems. An excellent team working for the overseas markets of complete set of equipment was formed and well-developed. This team mainly specializes in the fields as follows: Medium Frequency Induction Smelting Furnace, Medium Frequency Induction Heating Equipment, Induction Heating Forging Furnace, Induction Quenching Equipment & Pipe Pile Steel Wire Product Line of Heat Treatment, etc. TCEC has started the exporting business of frequency inverter & soft starter with quantity production in 2009.
